Team LILY’s biggest Foodie

March 5, 2018

Our Operations Manager Indi is our number one foodlover, food-connaisseur and one very talented Lady Chef. She came with us to Portugal to make sure we a/ got out of bed on time, and b/ make sure we ate enough vitamins and not only pizza. We followed her around Lisbon to talk all things yummy with her.

1. MY NEVER-FAILS-QUICK-AND-EASY SUMMER RECIPE

A big pile of healthy wraps never disappoints! I love to make at least 2 different versions so people can choose, always one veggie since I’m vegetarian myself. Fail proof ingredients are chicken/avocado, goat cheese/rucola/tomatoes or salmon/cream-cheese. But don’t be afraid to mix it up yourself with whatever you find in your fridge. When it comes to wraps, everything goes! Serve with cool Rosé and a big bowl of greens to get that summery feel going.

3. MY FAVOURITE POTUGUESE DISH

O MY GOD…. Pasteis de Nata.

My colleagues know: I have the biggest sweet tooth of all. I love everything sugary and nice. The little custard pies, typical for Portugal were a revelation to me. So, so, sò very yummy. They are actually really light in texture, which is dangerous, because you could eat 6 of them and not feel heavy afterwards. A must-eat when in Lisbon!
